It is a detailed fetal examination performed by perinatology specialists who have experience in fetal medicine and fetal anomaly diagnosis with high-resolution ultrasonography instruments starting from the 15th week of pregnancy. With this examination, anomalies can be detected in fetal developmental stages. Prof.Dr.Burak Tatlı is one of the few people who has a competent experience in this field and has followed up babies with fetal neurological anomalies in the womb and later at birth with the Perinatology clinic of Istanbul Medical Faculty for many years. In our clinic, families referred by a perinatologist are given detailed information about the prognosis of fetal neurological anomalies, further tests that can be performed, and postnatal follow-up if delivery is decided, after fetal USG and fetal MRI evaluation.
