What we offer
Two core services for your child's neurological health
From diagnosis and treatment to regular developmental follow-up, we provide holistic care alongside families.
Service 1
Diagnosis & Treatment
Across the wide spectrum of childhood neurological and developmental conditions, we reach a precise diagnosis through detailed history, neurological examination and the necessary tests (EEG, MRI, genetic, metabolic), then build a diagnosis-led, individualised treatment and follow-up plan. We have particular depth in the areas below.
- Detailed history and neurological examination
- Planning the needed tests (EEG, MRI, genetic, metabolic)
- A diagnosis-led, individualised treatment plan
- Holistic assessment
Areas we focus on most
- Drug-resistant epilepsy and rare epilepsy syndromes
- Autism spectrum disorder and neurodevelopmental differences
- Cerebral palsy and movement disorders
- Developmental delay and developmental regression
- Genetic and neurogenetic diseases
- High-risk infant follow-up (prematurity, hypoxic-ischaemic injury)
- Headache and migraine
- Muscle diseases (SMA, DMD)
- ADHD, tics and behavioural concerns
Service 2
Developmental Follow-up & Family Portal
We regularly track growth measurements, developmental milestones, the vaccination schedule, and medication. Through the family portal you can follow your child's journey with us and share your own measurements and observations.
- Regular developmental and growth follow-up
- Vaccination and medication tracking
- Transparent sharing via the family portal
- Referral to rehabilitation and therapy when needed

This website is for information only and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Any definitive diagnosis and treatment decision is made through an in-person examination at the practice.
- Copies of previous tests: MRI, EEG/EMG, and blood results, plus medical history
- A list of all current medications
- Any previous doctor's reports and discharge summaries
The visit usually takes 2–3 hours: pre-assessment, the doctor's examination, diagnostic and follow-up tests, interpretation of those tests, and a final consultation with the doctor. As the child is usually not present for the final discussion, we suggest bringing an adult relative or family friend who can stay with your child during that time. No tests are required before you arrive; any needed investigations are planned after the examination and arranged on the same day where possible.
Home Pre-Assessment
In-Home Developmental Pre-Assessment Before the Examination
Some children cannot show their true performance in the clinic because of anxiety, unfamiliar surroundings, restlessness or sensory overload. An in-home developmental and functional pre-assessment lets us observe a child's play, communication, movement and daily-living skills in their own natural environment, and turn what we learn into an integrated report before the physician's examination. The programme begins on 1 September 2026.

Tests and Treatment Methods We Apply
Here you can find, in one place, the standardised assessment tests we use to clarify the diagnosis together with the treatment methods we apply or refer to after diagnosis. Which test or method is appropriate is determined individually for each child by Prof. Dr. Burak Tatlı after the examination. The information below is for general information only.
